Air Europa has destinies in almost all Spain and numerous European cities, as well as of Latin America and North Africa (Brazil, Ecuador, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Argentina), and maintains agreements of code shared with airlines of ten countries.

Its fleet counts on 32 airplanes Boeing and a Airbus A340 just acquired, that will be used for the flights to China, although will receive three A330 airplanes in 2006, with which it hopes to pass to three frequencies of flight between Spain and the Asian giant in the term of a year, according to Gerald Ariño, assistant director of the airline. China Eastern Airlines has more than 40 points of sale in all the country and more than 100 big means airplanes so large and, the majority Airbus and Boeing that operate in more than 60 international routes and 160 domestic ones.

Congratulations to UX!!! As it is always the case with new ventures, it is uncertain what will happen but in all honesty I wish Air Europa all the best! I believe there is a potential market (both countries are tourism powerhouses and China is rising as an economic power while Spain is prosperous, stable and growing so there are a lot of prospects).

Air Europa uses a A340-200 for this route, reg EC-JGU. Air Europa will be reciving A330-200s in the future to replace the B767-300s.
