MEXICANA is returning to DFW tonight, as this posting MX2668 will arrive around 9:28p, and MX2664 arrival around 9:49p, both from MEXICO CITY,MX and both are FERRY FLIGHT. MX will begin charter service MAY 26,to mexican destinations and will begin SCHEDULE service, JULY 2,2005(along with charter service. ALL ops will be @TERMINAL B, eventually moving to TERMINAL D in JULY. ALASKA AIRLINES also begins two daily service to SEATTLE, WA next month.

KLM685, MEXICANA will have a contract with a DALLAS tour company for the summer season to mexican cities for charter service BUT will have SCHEDULE service to IXTAPA/ZIHUTANTANEJO and MORELIA, MEXICO, JULY 2,2005, along with the charter service. CHEERS.

Commavia: YOU are right about the service. So far thats whats plan for this season, but MEXICO(MEX) and GUADALAJARA(GDL) are in the plans for DFW, but since they are part of oneworld with AA, there is some discussion about those services. A319's will be used, I believe. In practice, of course, there will be A318's and A320's flying these routes depending on demand.
I think I saw the schedules this morning in a news website (they are not available to me now) and I had the impression that the plane will stay a long, long time on the ground in DFW which seemed very unusual given the fact that MX is, according to some a.netter, a champion of Airbus narrowbody utilization. Perhaps someone can post the schedules to clarify. Thanks.

Thanks Fer and NikonDFW. It's cool to see that MX will be able to not only offer convenient schedules to ethnic travelers (its core market in this route) but will also keep the birds flying and making money.
