I see an awful lot of connection bags coming in from all over (MCI, FLL, MIA,MCO, DFW, Ect.) connecting on Eagle to BOS then on to SNN.

Yes, I actually *do* work for an airline, how about you?

The likelihood is that the SNN would become 767 first.

Are the SNN loads that good? It would be great to see AA 767 service there.

I certinly hope so but the stopover could dissuade such plans. I have heard that they are definitly interested in MIA, and with EI now dropping MCO a Miami service looks more likley. EI have been saying that they would like to get into DFW for quite a while and I believe there is substantial demand.

AA will add another flight to Germany before it does another Ireland route.

DUS and TXL are rumored.

MIA will not be allowed until the SNN stopover is eliminated by the Irish government. Prior to MCO EL had expressed interest in MIA and the US refused to allow it until the SNN stopover is eliminated. I also doubt DFW would be allowed until the SNN is eliminated.

Wrong. The rule of the stopover is that 50% of every flight USA-IRELAND must stop at SNN, but an american airline can fly any route that it choses to ireland. EI are restricted to flying sheduled flights to 5 US airports, BUT they can fly charters to others (MCO is a charter flight). There is nothing to prevent AA from flying from DFW or MIA or any other airport to Ireland.

EI have publically said on sereral occasions that they will start Miami, Dallas, St Louis, San Fran, Seattle, Denver (If I recall correctly), Washington and Phillidelphia flights if the stopover is done away with. The Newark service would return also I presume. Other airports would be considered after that.

On the management list are :DUS,FRA,BCN,MAD,DUB,BRS, and STR. These are destinations that AA has on it's wish list for JFK. Many factors are coming into play with these flights, including the new terminal and the reconfiguration of the 757's business class cabin, All of which have to be implemented. Who knows what's coming and when, but eventually they will start something new ala 757.

Any new international routes rumored for ORD? If AA does add those flights from JFK might we see an ORD-JFK flight?

Post a thread on any route in the world, by any airline in the world, and someone will tell you they are doing "Extremely well, financially"! Makes one think the industry is making billions!

Any of the above stated (besides FRA) could possibly be out of ORD also. Also have the new terminal at DFW to fill up international ops with.

Regards.
