Just looked at their website and according to their website ( http://www.martinair.com/) Martinair is to introduce an Economy Plus (they'll call it Comfort Class) as of November 1st. Extra product features include the use of a personal entertainment player and 10% more legroom. The price will b e EUR 49, USD 65 or CAD 79 one way.

Odly enough I haven't seen any press release about this new product but it will be on sale as of September thus I reckon this explains the lack of press release.

Good news anyway, guess it's cheap for what you get on such long flights.

I think the real benefit is the 10% extra legroom ...

Is the new Economy Plus product in addition to the Star Class product or does it replace Star Class?

It's in addition to the Star Class, thus as of November 1st you've 3 classes (Economy, Comfort and Star class)

However, it's cheaper than if you buy you own personal DVD player (at least if you want a good one)....
