I THINK THIS WOULD BE A FAIRLY GOOD FLEET I THINK IF YOU COULD CHOOSE AMERICAN AIRLINES FLEET WHAT WOULD YOU PUT IN IT? ALSO I WOULD REDO THE INTERIORS COMPLETELY A BOOST UP FOOD SERVICE AND IMPROVE ECONOMY CLASS SEATING. I WOULD GIVE PASSENGERS 2 MORE INCHES OF LEGROOM AND PITCH. I THINK THIS WOULD BE A TOP NOTCH AIRLINE!!!

I would keep the 757s until retirement and then I would replace them with
A321-200 which has the 757s range
Long haul fleet would consist of A330s and A340s

I agree with 767-300ER's fleet. That is what the fleet will look like in a couple years, minus the 747-400. I think AA should order the 747-400 or newer versions for their Pacific Ocean routes.

My fleet,
MD-80/81/82/88 for domestic
(With the 737-800 on the coast to coast runs)
B757/767 to Europe and SA
A321 out of Miami to Caribbean
B747-400 and 777 to the Pacific Rim
Perhaps a few MD-95's for short range domestic (like the intra Texas runs)
