Found out that a friend paid Paris (ORY) Venice for 1 euros (total about 101 with taxest etc.) whilst I paid a lot more with a regular company (from CDG). She took MyAir and booked direct on the internet. I booked via internet as well but via travel sites. So, for my next trip to MILAN I would like to know if there are airlines I should check direcctly to get cheap fares from ORY or CDG ?
cheers...

Don't bash me on this one, I know it's a bit out of town, but you can fly FR from Beauvais to Bergamo for 1 euro (plus tax of course). I know you're looking for ORY or CDG to Milan, but I thought I'd suggest it anyway.

Sorry, but did you say that your friend paid 1 euro which came to 101 euros with taxes? That doesn't sound right.

That 100 euros, do you count the bus transfer with it?

At any case, I was able to find Ryanair BVA-BGY for as alittle as 33.52 r/t incl. taxes, when taking one of the weekday morning flights from BVA. Afternoon flights and weekends are more expensive.

Easyjet charged pretty high prices in june, obviusly pretty much booked, but for longer-term bookings there are date-combinations which come at about 85 euro's r/t ORY-LIN. Just check around a bit.

I checked one out with FR as well. If you fly on June 15th, leaving BVA 8:30 and arriving BGY 9:55 with FR4232, you can get it for 0.49 euros plus tax (which was around 18 euros.)

I find this to be a great website:

http://www.whichbudget.com

You can check from/to etc and you can see instantly who flies where. It's updated quite regularly too.

Also a website that gives a great summary of LCC-flights is http://www.skyscanner.net/map . It is also updated quite regularly. they just put AMS on a strange spot  Wink And whay I think is strange, is that it includes Estonian Air flights, but not Air Baltic. But BT is usually cheaper (AMS-RIX is offered for way better fares for example than AMS-TLL)

Does anyone know if they have a similar site for US LLCs?

wow, thank you all. I will check all of them out, though I do prefer to fly out of CDG or ORY for the moment.
yes, my friend said that the ticket was 1 euro and the total came to 101 euros from Marco Polo to ORY roundtrip.

http://www.whichbudget.com at least has flights on WN, JetBlue and Independance Air listed - I know there are more carriers, but it is a start at least ...
You can also contact the webmasters of whichbudget.com in order to let them add additional carriers (if technical possible).

Rgds,
HT
