Looking at some pictures of the cabin of the ERJ-135 and -145, I found them a little bit small and it didn't seem very comfartable? Anyone who has experience flying with these aircraft? Is the CRJ better?

It's all about the individual...I've flown both the ERJ and the CRJ and have no preferance...I found both of them comfortable. It all depends on your size really.
I'm 5'8" so that might have a lot to do with it. Some people say that the ERJ is cramped but usually you'll hear this from someone who is 6' and taller. You'll also hear that the CRJ's window are kind of low, but not for me...once again maybe because og my height.

I found the ERJ-145/-135 comfortable.

I made one flight on the American Eagle 135 and another on the Crossair 145.

I find both aircraft very confortable. A really nice ride.

Anymore comments???

I flew once on an American Eagle 145. A nice flight. Comfortable.
An advice, do not take the right hand side window seat, since there is no legroom because of the shape of the cabin. Othewise, it was a very pleasant experience
