The Allegiant Air route map is getting pretty impressive. Hopefully they'll start service to a Minnesota city sometime soon. Maybe St. Cloud or, more likely, Rochester.

It seems like just yesterday they were flying only FAT-LAS

I'm curious, what kind of ground employees does Allegiant hire in the cities they serve? or is everything outsourced?

I think that G4 will add service to SFB as they get more aircraft. Nice to see a great airline grow.

I'm going to suggest the Evansville, IN/Owensboro,KY area as the type of market that Allegiant might be on the lookout for.

Just far enough away from other cities that would have nonstop service to Vegas (or Orlando), e.g. St. Louis, Indy, Louisville, or Nashville.

My god, I mean if Green Bay can get nonstop flights to Vegas.....

B757capt,

Yes. G4 pulled out of RDD because of poor market support. They also pulled out of BTR before they even began service due to poor advanced bookings.

Some cities are totally contracted out and some have G4 employees. The cities with the most frequencies normally have G4 employees.

B757capt - Why is that? Did GYY think we might start service there? I'll have to talk to my friend at GYY. He runs the control tower there.

I was just making a new thread for that but you beat me to posting it here. I'll go ahead and start another thread so that it doesn't get lost in this heading.
