Great news. Nevertheless I don't trust to much in this Skytrax. Nevertheless AC deserve such title.

Congratulations AC!

I should add that AC's addition of 777's to the fleet made it numero uno in my ratings system, which is all the approval any airliner really needs, isn't it?

AC is far and away the best of the legacy carriers!
Sadly there is no comparison between it and AA, CO, DL, NW, UA, US.
It has won this award several times... AFAIK this is the third consecutive year they have won it.

Cheers,
Kaz

Clive & Co were named the #2 LCC in North America behind JetBlue. Not a bad showing at all for Canada. #1 Legacy, #2 LCC on the continent.

I guarantee that an LCC will never be ranked #1. Low costs just can't compete with the premium product of the legacies. CX for example is a lowly three star airline in Y, it's F and J that drives them to the top time and time again.

Interestingly, Jetsgo didn't rank  boggled   Silly

I sure wouldn't say so, well when it comes to ticket prices anyway. WJ still has ticket prices that are $100 less on many flights within Canada. I also like how they have PTV's on every seat which makes for a more enjoyable flight. AC's old 767's don't make for a good YYZ-YVR flight. I sure hope the new Boeings will make me want to fly AC again.
