Question About AA 767 Seating

I had a quick question about seating on AA's 767s. I'm flying on a 763 from ORD-LAX and when I booked my reservation online the seatmap showed up and I selected 41J which was showing as the last window seat available. However, the non-interactive seatmap of the 767 in the reference section of the AA website, and the seatmap on seatguru both show that 41J doesn't exist! Could it be that they aren't yet updated with the "less room" seating plan? Just wondering if any AA experts could clarify if row 41 on the 763 has windows?
thanks

I'm afraid us AA frequent flyers normally manage to snag a better seat Big grin

Seriously, I think your hypothesis regarding "less room" is actually correct. SeatGuru does have some latency.

I flew that same seat on MIA-CDG 763ER and I was just fine! Then again.. it was 2002, MRTC was still around; also I had no one next to me.

If your lucky..you will get nice flight attendants; they hang out by the alley and be quite nice; I got lucky and made friends..got free booze the whole way to Paris! hahaha.

Good Luck...

Doesn't AA still have the "old interior" 763 two class, and the "new interior" ones?

Seat Guru probably does not refelt the new LRTC configuration

Orbitz provides the seating chart, and it does show 41 (42 is the last row)

here is the link..it works with FireFox, but not with IE....

you can do it yourself, just try booking any ORD-LAX flight on orbitz.com and then check the AA part and "find" 767, then check the seating... Wink
