United 747-400s are great looking aircraft, I also liked them in the old livery, but to me the BEST looking 747-400 is SAA... when you see that jumbo in person it is just awesome.

UA 747 looks awesome, the color scheme is the classiest out there. It's only competition disappeared with BA's old color scheme. I liked BA better than UA. But now, it has to be UA 747's. Sorry BA.

agreed, UAL 744s look awesome in the new colors, as well as all of those mentioned above. i like Northwest's 744s, they just look incredible. i also have to love Canadian's 744s in the "proud wings" colors, with the canadian goose on the tail.

Cathay paints a nice 744. I also like NW, KLM, LH, Malysia & Thai. How about a Lauda Air 747-400? By the way, nice pics Jderden777!

When Air New Zealand was debating which "All Blacks" logo to put on their jets, they were a considering a 747-400 that was solid black with a white feather on the tail. They had some artists renditions of this plane and it looked awesome.

Cathay Pacific and British Airways.
I have always liked Cathays scheme and British Airways just makes it look good with their special tails. My favorite is the 744 in Union Flag and Chelsea Rose. It looks great.
