BRA will be chartering a flight to CUN on the 3, 10, 17 and 24 of July. The flight will depart at 1 am from GRU so it should be landing there in the morning (around 9-ish?).

Anyone will be there and can take a picture of the B763ER for us?

BRA will begin regular scheduled service as an LCC in Brazil this coming August.

Unfortunately I will not be in Cancun AFAIK on any of those dates.... But will see if anyone with a decent camera and access to the airport can make it work for you. CUN has turned into a VERY restricted airport and the only spots are located inside security or way too far on the perimeter of the runway (which limits to take only tail-landing shots).

If you do a quick search for Cancun in a.net's database you will find that most of the pictures are taken by passengers on their way to the airplane, from the now extinct viewing area, from the outside of the airport using extraordinary equipment and skills such as Snorre's from VIP Vienna International Planespotters or well they come from guys like my self who used to have full access to the ramp. Here some of mine:  Smile

Also a pitty that the premium photographers of the country, those of Aviation Photography of Mexico (APM) are all located in Mexico City and seem to be kind of busy for those days.

A shame CUN is far away from MEX! And as Fly727 correctly states, we'll be very busy these days! I don't promise anything but I'll try to attack CUN with my camera soon later this year!
