MidAtlantic Airways Just A US Airways "division"?

The new jp airline fleets 2005/2006 lists MidAmerica Airways not as a separate airline but simply as a "division" of US Airways. Therefore all 72-seating Embraer 170s are put together with US' mainline fleet.

Is that status correct?

All MidAtlantic aircraft appear on US Airways' operating certificate.

IIRC, MidAtlantic is a jets for jobs Express carrier and is therefore staffed mainly with furloughed mainline people.
