Apparently an order for 40 A32Xs and an Order from a European carrier.
I wonder if the 32Xs are for MH? I have no idea on the Euro order.............maybe,just maybe a LOT or EI 350 commitment?

Interesting indeed. I would suspect IB placing an A350 order(?). About the 40 A32X order speculation, I have no idea but indeed MH is evaluating its narrowbody requirements. What an interesting event this year's Paris Air Show has been so far. Despite Boeing not having announced a 787 order, they already have a very healthy orderbook for the 787 and the 737 orders give a nice finishing touch to the Boeing orderbook. On Airbus's side, well, we all know which orders have been placed during the show. All in all, both Boeing and Airbus have a healthy orderbook and the aviation appears to be rising again Big grin

Thank you A388! Wise words coming from simply observation. Why is it that a lot of B fans thought A was dead until last week and A fans think B is dead right now? Two healthy companies being competitive against each other and both having a full order book. I hope they will keep pushing each other to great achievements!

Exactly. I cringe everytime someone says "Well I guess Boeing is back! Airbus is in real trouble!" or vice versa. I mean, what are they thinking? Have they ever heard of ebb and flow?

In the end, they get bit in the arse.

Sensationalism, that's why.....glory seems to be very fleeting in the aviation business....the survival of A or B seems contingent on who wins the next order.....

Does anybody know when will be announcements done today, usually it is on Airbus website, but they announce just live flying display at 14:00 today. If I remember well they said that morning announcement is not 100% sure, but morning is not over yet....

Hmm, looks like maybe there won't be any more announcements this year. They sounded pretty positive yesterday though.
