Does anybody know if Boeing is putting digital autopilots in the 747s, 757s, and 767s that they make today? I know the 777 has a digital screen autopilot.

Yes...

The autoflight/flight director systems in all of the current Boeing products are virtually identical. It is controlled via both a Mode Control Panel (MCP) on the glareshield and the Flight Management System (FMS) units located on the center pedestal.
