Hi!
The A380 used runway 07/25 in le bourget, which is 3000 m long, and "only" 45 m (148.00 ft) wide, right?
So that means it used a 45m wide runway to take off and land with no problems!
Could it had used the 03/21 runway which is 60 m wide? Or was it too short at 2664 m?
To finalize: the A380 doesn't need a 60m wide runway does it? As it was in LBG, I suppose not.
A while ago I noticed that the new fifth runway at Schipol is only 45 m wide. Is it A380 ready? I hope so, otherwise it wouldn't have been the best planning...

That's an old story. Airbus recommends a 60 m runway but they also said that a 45 m is still working. I think when the 380 was empty in Le Bourget she could have also used the only 2664 m runway without any problem.
