My guess would be either FOCUS AIR or Tradewinds. The former is in
the process of getting certified and the latter recently started B747
operations.

If you're referencing Cargo 360, they'll be doing ACMI work for Korean Air Cargo. I did a post a month or so back referencing their original DOT application. Most of their management and aircraft are ex-KE.
