Now... to the topic.
FlyAzul is an "airline" created by Mr. Martín Varsavsky, an argentine millionaire/enterpreneur in Spain. This guy, wants to create this airline due to the demise of A4s network and deal with the government since the "narcovalijas" deal blew up right in the face of everyone. (in fact, he wanted to create it long ago, but A4s troubles has gotten him to speed things up. Several A4 exec do NOT want him to start it and will do everything to stop him)
FlyAzul is a new airlines, so far, to my knowledge there's NO airpline registered to them nor leased, although Mr. Varsavsky (according to Marcos [Marambio]) wants or has high intentions of leasing an Air Atlanta Icelandic 747-200 due to it's cheapness compared to other aircraft (I'd prefer to see A340s).
That is what we know so far.
That modded picture in their site looks like an AR 742 or A4s 742 taking off and repainted with MS Paint .
P.S.: If you read the "Finally LAN Argentina" post by Kavanagh, you'll find a link to an article I've found on InfoBAE two or three weeks ago regarding FlyAzul.

Gaston, do you have any idea on possible date for begining operations? Will it start only if A4 finally goes under or does Varsavsky want to start in anyway?
