As we all know once the aircraft is pushed back the empty seat is dead and is counted in lose. I just want to know are there ways were you can make money on a dead seat even if it goes empty. And result in making revenue.
(please dont consider cancellations or no show passengers)

Somebody books and pays for the seat but doesn't show up... The airline gets the money for an empty seat.

Make flight benefits part of the employment package to your employees, convince them they'll be able to use it to travel whenever they want without hook ups or anything, consequently reduce salary because this will be a big draw. Lower salaries = money saved.
