B18272 has gone to Boeing for LCF conversion but according to JP Fleets, B18271 is stored at TPE in all white colors, is it for sale?? anyone seen it there recently and confirm its out of service??

They ordered 6 brand new B 747-400s back in 2002 and they will replace CI's older B 747-400s. Guess this is one of the older ones

I think 18271 and 18272 along with the ex Khalifa 744 are going to be 787 transports. CI have already received the new 744's.

just checked airlinerslist, it (18271) is engineless also!! so maybe it is going to be LCF'd! wonder where 18272 is right now, is it with Boeing in Seattle?? conversions are to be done by a BR subsidiary in TPE though.
IIRC the 02 order was for 4 744s and 6 744Fs, then they ordered another 2 744Fs last year.
