Anyone having Updated Dates of the B777-200LR world tour.
When is it supposed to be in BOM & for how long.
I tried checking the Website.But cannot find the schedule.
The Threads on previous posts on the topic do not Illustrate the dates.Hence this post.

The LR is due into SYD from SIN at approx 1700 on SUN the 17th of July, that would get it out of SIN at approx 0800 that morning, as long as it flies directly to SYD !!!
Can't tell you when it is getting to SIN, but they must be adding stops as it was originally meant to get to SYD on the 16th and depart to AKL on the 19th which is still the case.

Yeah I thought so, there've been conflicting reports on the date of arrival. Some say 10/7, some day 14/7. I emailed Boeing and they say they cant tell. Sigh.

As per link its currently in Islamabad.
If its reaching SIN on 17th July,Then it sould be in BOM before that.Is the Bom Schedule 5th August or 5th July 2005.

Boeing have brought there 762, 763, 764, 772, 752 and 753's all to Luton over the last 20 odd years when they have been on world tours trying to sell the aircraft.

It's to sell. Public is secondary as only geeks like us know much about the 772LR. The world will know it when they can fly routes once only dreamed of. Of course, most pax won't know the difference between the 772LR they are on and the 772ERs they've flown for years, nor will most know the difference between any of the planes outside of: regional jet; narrow body jet (usually misidentified by pax as anything from a 707 to a 767 to an Airbus with no number); wide body of non-descript designation, though many still think they are flying a DC10, even when they aren't on NW; 747 (aren't they all the same?); and that new giant Airbus thing...

Of all the things to worry about... the Wookie has no pants.

Why does the Boeing 772LR Website not list the Schedule.Its surprising.

Any Official declaration of dates.These Aviation correspondent reports are confusing.

Also B738s are permitted to carry 208 PAX. Smile
