Salut à tous les Montréalais sur le forum. Question: I'm looking for an alternate plane-watching location around Dorval. I know about the parking lot at the end of 55e av, but are there any others that are good?

Go to chemin st-francois, parallel to 24R (half way down).

Take cote-vertu west, then take your 3rd right. At the end of the street, you will turn left on Chemin St-Francois... continue all the way down.

The parking lot at 55ave is my favorite but is seems less and less active....they appear to be doing some kind of construction next to the taxi way by this runway...The St. Francois location is another good one but you are not nearly as close to the aircraft as you are at 55ave...Another good spot is at the end of Pitfield which is just off Cote Vertu just past St. Francois. If you drive to the end flights come in DIRECTLY over your head...pretty cool.
