What did you think I was talking about, United FA's?

Anyways, with the large amount of international traffic at JFK, this could become a big goatrope at that airport, and other airlines, like JetBlue can be siginficantly affected.

P.S. - enjoy your stay at JFK!

It's funny when I tell people I love planes and they think I'm weird.

Well, they'll be replaced by untrained scabs and supervisors in the short term, and eventually the two sides will come to an agreement and the regular guys will be back in the trucks.

They did the same thing at JFK in 1997/98 IIRC, went on strike, Allied brought in replacement and management workers and eventually they worked things out.

Glad we have our own fuelers at LGA.

""This company is willing to risk disruptions in holiday travel and inconveniencing thousands of airline passengers to avoid treating its workers fairly," said Demos P. Demopoulos, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 553."

How is the company at fault for the workers deciding to donkey punch thousands of travelers?

That's the best quote I have seen in here in a while ..... Smile

Maybe Demos can bring in food for the strikers that "Fell off a truck".
