CO was ranked the no#1 airline in customer satisfaction for BOTH short and long distance flights by J.D. Power and Assoc. and Frequent Flyer Magazine. Well done.
TW came in the no#2 spot. Kudos to you folks at TW as well.

Once again CO come on top of things. TWA is mving on up. This is a great sign that TWA needs to get it's reputation up to it's glorious past when the were flying to more destinations than any american airliner is flying to today.

Congrats to both these airlines. CO really deserves it, they have changed dramitically within the past 10 years, and it has made the airline much better. I also congratulate TWA, hopefully this award will give them so more reconization so they can get profits and go back to their glory days.
