British Airways Nicknames?

I am curious about a few of British Airways planes.

I am currently looking at a cataloge that sells decals for model aircraft. Beside the descriptions of the decals for the British Airways 737 they have, in quotation marks, "Blue Poole."

beside the 757 and the 777 the word, "Wings"

Are these nicknames of specific plane? Does anyone know the relevance of these words? if they are nicknames, does anyone have pictures of these specific planes or know what they look like?

Thanks
KEN

The names on the BA aircraft is the title of the 'artwork' on the tail. Near the rear door of the aircraft will be the country of the artist(and corresponding art) and on the nose the title of it. For example "Wings" is Danish, so it indicates Denmark on the rear fuselage, and as can be seen in the pattern, are birds(simplified). Any aircraft with that artwork will carry the same title; it's not a specific plane name.

BA dropped the practice of carrying individual names on their aircraft with the introduction of the World Images scheme in 1996 (another reason why I did'nt like World Images).

BA aircraft carried individual names between 1984 and 1996.
