Hi,
This post might sound a bit dumb, but I would be more than happy to meet with pilots in Brussels. I am a flight simulation fan and that would be interesting to learn about procedures, what you do in the cockpit and all the insights of this job....
I am not a wannabe pilot, just a flight sim fan.
I believe that you sometimes have to stay for a couple of days in some remote cities, right ?
In addition, I could show you the best bars in town

The easiest way to converse with pilots is to speak with them the next time you fly. I always ask to visit the cockpit prior to departure and after arrival on all my flights. I've also talked to random pilots in airport terminals. Just explain your interest in aviation (or flight sim) and they'll be more than happy to help you.
