Nope... the safety cards say only "A320" ...
And the safety cards are the same for the A318/A319.
F-GFKQ WAS indeed one of the 13 A320-100 (with no winglets) operated by Air France.
KQ is msn 002 but was delivered to AF only in Feb.1991 as it wzas previously used by Airbus Industries for test flights.
It was converted into a -200 in January 1991 before being delivered to AF but the winglets were not added, so from the outside, it still look like a -100.
