Hi everyone
I just have a simple question and I apologize in advance if this thread has been on before but I was comparing different fares from different airlines UA,DL and SW and I noticed that they all have almost the same fare if not more expensive on the SW deal from BHM to MCI . I don't understand were the low cost stands on these fares when they almost all align their prices .
ex: BHM-MCI round trip for 312$ with SW and 316 with Delta !
can we really talk low cost when there is no much differences on the fares ?

The difference is in your question... there is quite a difference between an airlines costs of operating and the fares they charge.
