Northwest 747 In San Francisco

Yesterday when leaving work NW had a 747 parked at gate A-4. Was the a divertions of flight #1 LAX-NRT? And if so, anyone know the reason?

It was a medical diversion of flight 2 I believe. There is a thread on it
