Pretty sure it is yeh. All they need to do is get all the equipment unless it's already there and start testing it. Also put the controllers through a washing machine so they know what it will feel like up there lol

I believe it is as tall as it's going to get, but I hope they are going to warp the main pole with something, it looks terribly bare and dinky as it is! Those support cables look temporary to me!

Yes it has, they have started building the outer structure and have so far completed 2 or three floors.

Looking at the LHR tower today I was wondering just the same thing. I'd expected it to go higher, though it seems it shall not be!
