AC 16 HKG-YYZ 7/21/05 Delayed Till Midnight

Well saw that AC 16 is delayed till midnight today...

The inbound a/c arrived more or less on time and I am a bit curious what casued the delay... it sounds like a crew problem! But want to see if any AC expert knows why...
