I have been unable to get on to KLMs website all weekend. Anyone else having problems?

It seems that only KL`s end-user website is affected, but not bookings via other engines ...

Funny thing yesterday evening was, that I was completely unable to access KLM´s website using the browser OPERA, but was able to get access via MSIE (but "search for flights" was still not possible).

Since returning on-line (the website in the UK is back) - I am now told that I cannot access my FPoo account as my details are now incorrect - despite being unaware of having changed any of them.

KLM-AF is really testing my nerves - as I have just booked my next flights with Lufthansa to reinstate my Star Alliance membership - given the awful trips of late with Skyteam members.

All of my details have recently been changed and I have now been permanently locked out of the FPoo (good description) website altogether, which is a particular pain because they've managed to NOT credit my last SEVEN flights with them and I need to know contact details.

Even the replacement code they sent me doesn't work!!

They seriously need to get their lazy act together. Even when you phone them, they just say "go to our website", while the staff have absolutely no idea about anything.

I've totally had it with KLM and FPoo and will be sticking firmly to Star carriers in future.
