Spirit Airlines Orders A321

Spirit Airlines said it has ordered three more Airbus A321 airplanes for delivery in the fourth quarter 2008. The aircraft have a collective list price of more than $200 million, the low-fare carrier added.

Not surprising but very good news for Spirit and Aribus.

The article says they will replace MD-80's, and that is another step to become an all Airbus operator.
