Why Did NWA Cut Back MSP-PNS

I was wondering why NWA cut back flights on the MSP-PNS route to Sat and Sun only. The route had been 2x daily in the winter, last summer it was 1x daily but it still looked like the loads were pretty full especially going from PNS to MSP. I realize PNS has more seasonal demand in the winter from the north but it looked like the O&D passengers from PNS were using it to MSP, especially considering that PNS is a major naval port. Any thoughts/answers? Thanks in advance!
