Great question. Could Tacoma be a fueling stop only?

Perhaps it is a typo and not Aeroflot as it only uses IL62Ms on rare charter flights. Also, none of Aeroflot's services go via Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and certainly there are no civilian charters to Andrews AFB. It is probably a government official on one of GTK Rossiya's IL62Ms that are reserved for state functions...

Damn, right when I leave SEA! I saw an IL62 at SEA once when I worked for QX. Pulled into one of the Bravo gates when DL used to be there. Must be a charter, but too bad we have no pics! Would be great to see! Thanks for the info clickhappy  Smile , reminded me of good ol' Seattle!

TCM is McChord Air Force Base, and ADW is Andrews Air Force Base. Obviously some sort of Russian military charter flight.

One smooth landing is skill. Two in a row is luck. Three in a row and someone is lying.
