Air Canada A320 At YHM

I was outside this afternoon and was an Air Canada A320 on downwind for rwy 30 anyone know what the deal with this is? I know that YYZ was getting some thunderstorms. Was it a diversion?

AC has issued a travel advisory due to severe storm activity. Looking at the GTAA site, there is a ton of delayed arrivals.

We've had a red alert since at least 13:30 today. Lot's of diversions, cancellations, and delays. The storm cell seems to have stopped moving right over the airport.
