Taking a look through some stats I've come to the conclusion that the number of fatalities arising from crashes involving US & European jet aircraft currently in manufacture, may be as low as three.

My problem is that I can't quite believe my own conclusion, it seems such a remarkably low figure.

Does anyone believe this is realistic or, equally welcome, has anyone got some facts which would thrash my conclusion.
