KLM is due to receive their first A332 this month, and while searching (on expedia.com ), I found that the first four destinations would be: IAD, YUL, YVR and EWR.
Is this info correct or incorrect? What about ATL and the second return flight to IAH? Are they going to recieve the A332 or the 772 sometimes next year?
Thanks,
Regards,
Adam

Quoting Checo77 (Thread starter): I found that the first four destinations would be: IAD, YUL, YVR and EWR.
YUL will probably not receive the A330 until winter 2006-2007 schedule (B767 until Summer 2006 and MD11 during Summer 2006). Abu Dhabi/Bahrain are currently destination number 3 for the A330 (needless to say, this can alter).

Thanks.
So IAD, EWR and YVR are destinations for the A332 then after being delivered???
So KLM will receive 8 A332, have they any options? How many? Are going to get them?
Thanks,
regards,
Adam

Quoting MEA330 (Reply 5): Why no PH-AOG?? Not to be made fun of: Aircraft On Ground!
I believe that's exactly it: registration of the simulator! BTW, the A332 will be named after famous squares. Only the simulator square has been publicized: Cockpit Square. For the other names we'll have to wait until D (delivery) day.

Thanks.
But the 4th A332 will be delivered in April, so a fourth A332 destination must be there for next summer. If we have EWR, IAD and AUH, so which city would get the 4th A332 then? Maybe IAH (the second return flight on weekends) or ATL, that would be the most logic choice.

Quoting Ktachiya (Reply 9): YVR homepage indicates that KLM will bring in their MD-11 in the summer of 06 like every other summer.
According to the current timetable YVR will be 767 untill at least May 1st 2006. I don't know if they'll switch to MD 11 later on (they probably will, but they're maybe a MD-11 short as JRO/DAR has become a daily MD-11 instead of the usual 767)
