It worked fine for me. Just two thoughts, and don't mean to insult your intelligence, but these are easy to overlook:
1) Be sure you are selecting the PC file and not the PDA file. (I've accidentally clicked on the wrong one on other timetables.)
2) The extract program defaults to a "Swiss International Timetable" directory (or something similar). It didn't include c:program files or anything else. Not being a Windows guru, it might not require it, but when I extracted it I went ahead and inserted that before the "Swis..." part, and it worked fine.
