Just wanted to know if anyone has any idea. My wife booked flights for us to Madrid, and due to a change of appointments we need to get an earlier flight to Madrid. Our local travel agency said ticket couldn't be changed.

We were provided with an e-ticket and on the section of conditions/restrictions called "Observations" in French, it only says that the Ticket is non-reimboursable. It does not mention anything about No changes etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.
