Sorry guys...I dont know anything about Piedmont or US Airways...I am just and EWR boy and I check the departures and arrivals twice a day...and I never seen that flight before!!

The USAir Express is coming from the merger of their Piedmont and Allegheny Dash 8 flights, one of their cost cutting measures from what I remember. Also it was probably a typo, 4276 operates Charlotte to New Bern, NC.. which is EWN.
