Tourist Aircraft Crashed In Southern Italy Today

As of 12:00pm Eastern times, CNN "Breaking News" reported that the tourist aircraft crashed in Southern Italy today.

Hopefully they mean "just" a small cessna etc. carrying sightseeing tourists rather than a charter jet with a "tourist aircraft".

BBC is reporting the aircraft is a light aircraft. Probably a pop aircraft. Hope everyone is ok.

That's nuts, but it is three. Additionally, here in Tucson, there were 3 incidents with GA, cessnas and pipers, and my Flight instructor told me she breathed a sigh of relief after the third one...not that she wanted any of them to happen, but eveybody gets tense when an incident hapens...

The third one was unfortunately the helicopter operating from Estonia to Finland.....10th August I think
