Unfortunately, this looks like it could get ugly, and fast! NWA is losing $4 Million a day! That is not pocket change, and that money has to come from somewhere.

I haven't really been following Northwest Airlines, but things had better get turned around if they want to survive in an age with crude hitting about $70/barrel!

I hope that Northwest can get things back in line again!

One story has planes grounded for parts but computers show missing parts at the fender but not on NW property. This per stores personnel.

As i stated in another post, on average 15 planes are out of service, however, a few days ago 48 were out of service.

Two causes, mechanics writing up for fixing at a "later" time, and two is also the shortage of parts.
