It is Black as Night as of 3:41pm local time here in Etobicoke.
Work right by the airport, witnessed the AF flight "crash", and as I look outside, I pray that diversions happen, instead of landing in this rainy, and thunderry mess! Hope everything goes smoothly this time around.

Work on the opposite side of the field (about a mile from the threshold of 15L), and we had that blow through a few minutes ago.. as of 1553, it's relatively calm (but still ovc). Round two is gearing up to be here shortly..
Aviation is proof that given, the will, we have the capacity to achieve the impossible.

So far at YOW we have received:
2 AC 763s
1 QK CRJ
1 Z4 763
Add in a TS 310 that just arrived. TS is becoming so frequent to YOW they should finally start offering flights from here.
YOW also had an early morning YYZ diversion at around 0800. It was an AC CRJ from EWR. This flight actually offloaded in YOW. I guess if there were any YOW-bound pax on this one they got in earlier than planned. I suppose the YYZ pax were put onto one of the few non-cancelled Rapidair runs earlier on this morning.

Hey guys i'm in YGK (kingston) and obviously we've had nothing, but the skies have been darkening since noon and for the past hour we've had lightening and light rain. So i gues we have the storm moving in......unfortunately YGK is too small to handle anything larger than a fokker 70!!!!!!!! *cries*
