I recently got back from a trip on QX PDX-SEA-PDX. Both the f/a's on each segment were extremely nice, efficient, and pleasant. I really enjoyed the flight and the effort each individual made to serve drinks and chips to everyone on a 30 minute flight. How have other peoples' expierences on QX been? Do they have unsually spirited f/a's, or did I just get lucky on my flights? I did fill out a comment card with excellent remarks on the SEA-PDX flight.

Great! Two months ago I had to fly PDX-SJC-PDX on QX for business. I was gonna buy a bottle of wine for a lady back here who helped make the business end smooth as she could...and the F/A's gave me the bottle!

I always enjoy a QX flight! Professional, and easy!

Absolutely the best. The "big sister" could sure take a lesson these days.

I would have to say that QX does have some of the best FAs I have experienced. YYJ-SEA-YYJ, they were polite, friendly, and one of the FAs made the cabin erupt into laughter...

My experience with Horizon was very good as well on the two flights I took last year SEA-Kelowna-SEA.

The F/A's at Horizon need to be commended..excellent job! The F/A's at Alaska and their whole regime need to take a closer look inside to detrermine what they are doing wrong these days. Maybe they should look to QX as an example. I'm 100% satisfied on QX flights...can't say the same about AS!

I've always known Horizon to go above and beyond on every flight. I find their attendants to be better than their big sister AS! (No offense to AS flight attendants)

QX FAs are the only FAs outside of Hawaii with the "Aloha Spirit".

Did the SEA-PDX-SEA trip 2 years ago & great service. Do what I did, I wrote a letter to the customer service dept commending the cabin crews on both flights, and to pass my comments onto them. Later, I got a response of appreciation from that dept.

I have chatted with a couple of AS FAs (not on a flight), and they seemed quite nice.

Flown the Vancouver to Seattle route couple years ago. I would fully agree with what was said above. Horizon's F/A are providing a great service.

Got back into Vancouver with Alaska and although there were quite a few F/A on board they didn't bother asking around if somebody's thirsty.

It looks like while Horizon F/A's are pampering their customers, Alaska's sort of ignore them. Strange indeed!

I agree with everyone. I was on a segment last year from SEA-Victoria. Dash-8 was completely full, yet during that very short flight the FA served everyone with a smile and a conversation. She was very friendly, efficient and professional. Outstanding stuff.

Always excellent experiences with both Horizon and Alaska F/As. I'll always remember a Horizon flight from Seattle to Yakima with about 4 of us on a Dash-8 just after the airports reopened after 9/11. The F/A was wonderful. Also, a few years ago an Alaska F/A immediately noticed my autistic son was extremely nervous after boarding our flight, and his kind concern and friendly interest in us made the flight so easy. I always make it a point to give F/As my sincere thanks.
