LH 744 Business Class

Hi there!!!

In October I'll be flying GRU - FRA on LH. I'm thinking to be on the 744 for the flight instead of the A340-600. Do you guys know what -400 has the new business class installed?

Don't think the 744 to GRU will have it in Oct.

SIN/NRT should have it by now, perhaps others?

You're much better off taking the 346, the old 744 C is not very nice.

Actually, the following B747-400 have the new C-Class installed: D-ABVF, D-ABVH, D-ABVK, D-ABVW, D-ABVE.

They are used on following flights:
LH456/457 FRA-LAX-FRA
LH710/711 FRA-NRT-FRA
LH738/739 FRA-HKG-FRA
LH776/777 FRA-SIN-FRA

I guess I'm not picky about business class. I flew a LH 744 from FRA to MAA on business and I totally enjoyed it!!

Maybe all those years in coach made me appreciate even "old" business class seats!!

Since the business class seats were a gift from my brother and sister-in-law, it was even better!!

I have taken LH in C several times on their 744. I would say they have good service and meals. Their C seats are ratehr cramped, not much room between the seat in front of you. It is certainly better then Y.

That's the 346 flight.
