Foreign Ministers Meeting In Newport (South Wales)

There's a meeting of foreign ministers at the Celtic Manor in Newport at the end of the week. Does anyone know what visiting aircraft will be coming to Cardiff airport, and better still, when they might arrive? Thanks in advance guys!
