I was wondering if SA is or is not in hands of the Swissair company. If i'm not wrong i think Swissair controlls 60 or 70% of it???

SA is South African Airways and the SAir Group holds 20 %.
SN is Sabena and the SAir Group holds 49% but will soon take 85% of Sabena.

Damn...again and again a Belgian "product" that gets
out of the country's hands...anyway if that can ensure
the company to be well managed in comparison to
the past and if SN can reach the top under SAir
group, why not...??   I just hope that SN aircrafts
won't never change their livery for a white cross on
red font...even if they belongs 100% to Switzerland !!

Oooh SR3496...do you know about that company
in South Africa in wich SAir has stakes...not SA..an
other one...can't remember its name...like "Nationair"
or something like that..they use ol' BAC-111 sold

Nationwide is the name of this airline. But the SAir Group does not hold any stakes.
Nationwide flies also in codeshare with Sabena and TAP Air Portugal, but not with SR!
