Korean Air has now put internet on Some of their U.S routes which include New York and Los Angeles. Asiana Airlines also has started internet on their 777's. Is there other airlines that provide internet instead of Lufthansa?

In addition, SQ is adding it to their fleet starting with the 744 first. The 380 is scheduled to have it when SQ takes delivery of them.

From what I have known LH was the first airline to install internet on one of their 744s. Correct me if I am wrong...

Think you're right, BA (I think) was the second, who trialled the same service on flights to IAD, but never ordered the product.

No... We live in the technology challenged US of A. It seems our govt's are so worried about protecting business and special interest groups and all sorts of other BS that the citizens get shafted a lot. We get most cool gadgets and toys last and pay high prices for less. Cell phones, internet, etc.

That all depends on the carrier.

I am pretty sure Iberia has it in the new Business Plus installed on all of the A340-600 fleet and I think two of the A340-300 fleet.

LH was the first airline to offer onboard internet. Now, not all but some of its fleet offer FlyNet svs.

SQ already has introduced internet onboard on flights SIN/LHR

If I am not mistaken SK is the only airline offering WIFI onboard.
