I have seen pictures of TG's new color on 744, 734, A300, A330, A340 and MD 11. How come there is none of 777 in new c/s yet? I thought one or 2 that were having repaint several months ago.. any picture anyone?

Barrow, Alaska in Feb. It was Cold!

Its interesting that they painted one of the tree M11s in the new livery. What about the other too, will the follow soon? Does this mean that the Md11 will be in servive still for a while now?

The Md11s will see their end as the 777-200ERs come in.

Everybody said when the A345 & A346 come on line, the MD-11s will be phased, where are they now.
The number of 772ERs on order are still fairly small. Knowing the track record of TG, I wouldn't be surprised to see those three still flying in 2010. If cargo haulers continue their good growth, somebody (eg, LH, 5X or FX) will probably bid on those three airframes.

777s have one of the longer timeframe between major overhauls out there on the market. Most of the 772s have probably gone through their first C-checks, so it maybe some time before their next overhauls are due. I would figure the the 773s that were brought into service around 2000 will be due their first C-checks (HS-TKE or HS-TKF).
